Patchy blowing dust over the central South Plains will lower visibilities adjacent to some Fields to near zero. The blowing dust will be centered around Lubbock...but may include areas near crobyton...Plainview...Wolfforth...Olton...and Littlefield. The dust should improve as winds slowly subside later this afternoon and early this evening. Travelers should watch for rapidly changing visibilities near Fields.
