At 9:33 PM...Doppler radar detected showers and thunderstorms ongoing across northwest Arkansas into southeast Oklahoma. A line of showers and isolated thunderstorms has also developed further west across the northeast corner of Oklahoma. All of this activity was moving northeast at around 40 mph. Through 10:45 PM...showers and thunderstorms will continue for locations along and east of a Eureka Springs to Warner to Ashland line. Within this area...strong to severe thunderstorms are possible with all modes of severe weather possible...including isolated tornadoes. Residents are urged to remain alert for rapidly changing weather conditions...and be prepared to take immediate action. Showers and thunderstorms will also continue across northeast Oklahoma...roughly along and north of the Interstate 44 corridor. These showers and storms will be capable of producing locally heavy downpours and brief gusty winds...with the stronger storms also capable of producing small hail. A tornado watch remains in effect for
