Scattered showers continue streaming from eastern Pennsylvania through the northern three quarters of the Garden state. At 4pm... The rain was mostly sprinkles except in the Poconos where widespread measurable rain has occurred. Recently heavier showers have developed from near and just west of Philadelphia to near Toms River New Jersey. Indications are that the heaviest showers between now and 6 PM should become concentrated in central New Jersey. Around one tenth inch of rain has occurred in the southern Poconos this afternoon.
