Drizzle covers much of New Jersey...its adjacent coastal waters and extends into northeast Pennsylvania. Bands of steadier light rain are occurring in northeast New Jersey. Fog also restricts visibility in some areas. These conditions should continue much of the afternoon... Especially in northern New Jersey.
